If you’re in Valencia this weekend and love wine, there’s only one place to be: the Mostra Proava, Valencia’s beloved local Wine and Artisan Food Fair, which returns from April 24th to 28th in the lush Turia Gardens.

This year marks the 35th year of the festival, and it’s shaping up to be one of the most best yet, bringing together wine, food and culture lovers for five days of tasting and fun in the spring weather.

A Showcase of Valencia’s Best Products

The Mostra Proava is more than just a wine fair—it’s a full showcase of the Valencian Community’s finest local wines and artisanal products. Over 50 wineries and producers from across the region will be pouring everything from bold reds and crisp whites to refreshing rosés and sparkling varieties. You’ll also find stalls offering delicious cured meats, cheeses, olives, andsweets—all locally made and perfectly paired with the wines on offer.

It’s a fantastic opportunity to discover the hidden gems of Valencian viticulture, many of you won’t find supermarkets or even restaurants outside the region.

Tasting Experiences and Live Entertainment

Tastings are at the heart of the event, and there’s no shortage of them. You can either wander from stall to stall sampling, or join guided tastings and wine-pairing workshops hosted by sommeliers and winemakers. These sessions offer deeper insight into the flavors, grape varieties, and winemaking traditions of the area.

But it’s not all about wine—the fesitval also features live music, DJs, and cultural performances throughout the day and evening, creating a great atmosphere that keeps the energy high from noon till night. There’s even a family-friendly zone, so kids can enjoy activities while the adults explore the not so child friendly side of the festival!

  • Friday 25th of April (10:000-16:00h) or (18:00h – 22:00h) 15€ with 1 wristband, 1 glass and 4 tastings.
  • Saturday 26th, Sunday 27th and Monday 28th of April (11:00h- 22:00h full day entry) 20€ with 1 wristband, 1 glass and 4 tastings. (after 1pm, it does not including the tastings)
