Where to eat Paella in Valencia
Valencia is home to the famous Spanish dish, “Paella”, and locals are proud of it.
Rice, chicken, green beans, tomato, saffron and rosemary are the main ingredients but you can always order a variety of paella dishes that include: seafood paella or vegetable paella.
Whenever you’re visiting or living in Valencia, this is a shortlist of restaurants you should definitely visit to taste proper paella, (just as locals would cook at their homes):
City centre
La Riuà – Restaurant with a great customer service. They’re specialized in traditional Valencian paella (chicken paella).

La Bernarda – located at the Tapineria Market, it not only specialises in traditional paella but also offers other local delicatessens such as baked rice.

Restaurante Yuso – Located at the lovely neighbourhood of Ciutat Vella, it’s a great place for large groups. It has an economic menu on weekends.

Beach
La Pepica – located at the Malvarrosa beach, the restaurant was founded over 100 years ago and it’s a classic amongst locals and tourist.

La Alegría de la Huerta – also located at the Malvarrosa beach, it’s well known for its mediterranean cusine and privileged location.

Restaurante Llevant – Founded in 1907 it’s a cosy restaurant that keeps its roots and traditions. Always cooking paella with firewood
